Overview

As part of our Business Assurance team, you’ll receive continuous professional development through structured learning and coaching in internal audit, management of industry certifications and assurance governance. You’ll gain global exposure by working in a across cultural setting spanning across ASEAN, India, Japan and other regions. Our core goal is to fulfil customer commitments and uphold high quality standards through Bid Assurance, Delivery Assurance and Certification.

This trainee position involves operating as part of the Delivery Assurance and Certifications teams.

Responsibilities
  • Assist to perform and organize internal industry certification audits
  • Assist in creating a detailed audit plan and schedule
  • Assist in risk assessment activities
  • Assist in driving continuous improvement activities
  • Assist in preparing and conducting new hirer / refresher training pertaining to the company’s governance requirements
  • Assist to liaise with multiple stakeholders to monitor issues and project situation
  • Review project health status report and prepare region project health report
  • Organize Prohibited AI and AI Ethics Check meeting with AI SME
  • Maintain proper documentation of records and evidence of activities
  • Supporting in ensuring accuracy of information updated by stakeholders
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks related to delivery assurance and certifications

  • Basic understanding of Project Management, Risk Management and Service Operation Management concept
  • Basic understanding of Event Planning Management and Learning Development concept
  • Basic understanding of Principles of business ethics and good governance preferably
  • Possess ISO Certification in ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO14001, ISO20000 and ISO29110 preferably
