Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Overseas Warehouse & Logistics Operations Management: monitor and oversee end‑to‑end overseas warehousing and distribution processes, track exceptions, and coordinate cross‑functional resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Process & Policy Maintenance: maintain and dynamically update the standardized workflow and policy framework for overseas warehousing and logistics operations
• Project Execution & Risk Control: lead and implement phase‑based projects (e.g., new warehouse setup, layout optimization, labor productivity improvement, and operational model enhancements) with rigorous risk management to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery
• Data‑Driven Cost Optimization: analyze operational data to identify opportunities for product simplification, process improvements, and cost reduction in warehouse operations and logistics expenditures
• Operational Improvement: collaborate with stakeholders to address pain points uncovered through data analysis and on‑site feedback. Regularly gather warehouse insights, identify needs and support operational initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or related fields preferred
• 3+ years of warehouse and distribution management experience
• Familiarity with end‑‑end warehousing & logistics operations; overseas warehouse planning/operations or logistics industry experience preferred
• Prior success in managing overseas warehouse projects is a plus
• Hands‑on experience in lean improvement projects
• Strong knowledge of IE methodologies (e.g., standard time measurement, ECRS, 4M1E, 5W2H)
• Practical experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), WMS (Warehouse Management System), SAP (Systems, Applications & Products in Data Processing), TMS (Transportation Management System), or other warehouse management systems
