A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking a Business Analysis Manager. This role involves conducting detailed analyses, translating business requirements into solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in business analysis, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in business intelligence tools like Tableau and Power BI. You will be a key member of the Business and Product Operations Analytics Team, working closely with Marketing and Sales Leaders, Product Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders. You’ll partner with data, analytics, and business professionals to drive value and enable data-driven decision‑making.
We’re looking for a skilled Business Analysis Manager to join growing Team, supporting our Go‑to‑market and product teams as we drive data intelligence and generate actionable insights to guide strategic business decisions.
In this role, you will:
Conduct in‑depth analysis and communicate insights generated from multiple multi‑functional sources to provide data intelligence for substantiating business decisions and recommendations.
Define, analyze, translate, and document business requirements and use cases in partnership with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Assist business functions with data analysis for business/value case development in support of key strategic initiatives.
Model internal business processes and data flow, identifying critical components that impact functionality and performance.
Analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources, providing valuable insights to decision makers.
Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and available data elements.
Collaborate with stakeholders from various business functions and subject matter experts to deeply understand business needs and deliver solutions that drive growth and optimize performance.
You’re passionate about business analysis and thrive in dynamic, data‑driven environments. You have a consistent record of translating business requirements into actionable analytics solutions and have outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related role
Strong experience with business intelligence tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Proficient in SQL and data modeling; experience working with large datasets from multiple sources
Demonstrated ability to define and detail business requirements, use cases, and process flows
Experience in collaborating with cross‑functional teams and handling stakeholder expectations
Strong understanding of business processes within Marketing and Sales environments, especially in technology or SaaS products
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
Highly organized, analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to drive multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working in a fast‑paced, global organization is a plus
