Are you a self-starter with a passion for technical solutions and relationship building? We are looking for a dynamic Business Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our industrial maintenance solutions within Singapore’s vibrant education sector—ranging from primary schools and polytechnics to private enrichment hubs.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring educational facilities remain safe, efficient, and well-maintained by introducing our specialty product range to key decision-makers.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new institutional clients while nurturing long-term relationships with existing accounts.

  • Product Advocacy: Conduct hands‑on demonstrations and technical training sessions for clients to showcase the efficacy and safety of our specialty maintenance products.

  • Client Consultation: Understand the unique facility needs of schools and campuses to recommend the right industrial solutions.

  • Operational Support: Perform administrative duties and any other tasks as assigned to support the growth of the regional portfolio.

Job Requirements
  • Education: A Diploma in any discipline (Business, Engineering, or Marketing backgrounds are welcome).

  • Experience: Prior experience in sales or marketing is preferred. Experience dealing with facility managers or the education sector is a significant plus.

  • Mindset: Self‑motivated and able to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player.
