Business Environment Risks and Compliance Manager
The Business Environment Risks and Compliance Manager shall be responsible for assessing, developing and implementing programs to ensure that the Company adheres to local and applicable international laws & regulations, company group policies and internal guidelines through policy creation, employee education, monitoring, auditing and reporting to respective authorities and leadership to foster a strong ethics awareness and corporate culture.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Policy & Strategy Development: Create, update, and implement risk management frameworks and compliance policies.
- Risk Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct regular risk assessments, identify potential threats, and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs).
- Auditing & Reviews: Perform internal audits and reviews to ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
- Training & Culture: Design and deliver compliance training, and promote a company‑wide culture of integrity and ethical conduct.
- Regulatory Liaisons: Liaise with external regulatory bodies or agencies, stay updated on new laws, and ensure timely reporting.
- Incident Management: Investigate and resolve compliance breaches and risk incidents, managing follow‑up actions.
- Reporting: Prepare risk assessment and compliance reports for senior management, detailing findings and mitigation strategies.
- Technology Management: Liaise with IT security manager on risk‑management software and systems for efficient monitoring and tracking.

Job Requirements
- Tertiary education in relevant fields.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in business environment risk management, auditing and compliance.
- Self‑motivated individual with a high degree of integrity, drive, and sense of urgency.
- Strong collaboration skills dealing with various stakeholders.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills to convey complex information.
- High level of attention to detail, strong research, and problem‑solving abilities.
