Business Development Support (Recruitment)

Basic Salary:

$2800 - $3500 (subjected to work experience)

Job responsibilities:
  • Source and pursue new business opportunities in the Service and Manufacturing setors.
  • Prepare proposals, quotation, and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research on potential clients and competitors.
  • Assist with recruitment process including candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
  • Assist with work pass applications when required.
  • To coordinate with clients on their staffing requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with Singapore employment regulations and agency standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of recruitment and business development activities.
Executive Support:
  • Acts as a Personal Assistant to Executive Director by preparing meeting notes, managing follow-ups, and liaising with clients.
  • Facilitate internal meetings, company events, and agency initiatives.
  • To handle confidential matters with discretion.
Requirements:
  • Keen interest in driving business growth within the HR sector.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, sales support, or administrative support is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with Singapore manpower and employment regulations is a plus.
Working hours:

9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
