Job Summary

8Hexa is a Singapore-based payment services company providing cross-border payment solutions to corporate clients and premium individuals. We are looking for a proactive Business Development & Operations Executive to support client acquisition and ensure smooth onboarding and transaction execution.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage new corporate clients and business partners to expand the client base and drive business growth
  • Onboard new clients by coordinating with operations and compliance teams to ensure seamless and compliant transaction execution
  • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships to foster long-term collaboration and trust
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate cross-border payment and FX solutions to meet their business objectives
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline and onboarding progress to provide timely updates and prepare basic performance reports
  • Represent the company at fintech events and networking sessions to enhance brand presence and generate new business opportunities
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in business development, operations, fintech, or financial services
  • Knowledge of cross-border payments, FX, or B2B financial services
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills demonstrated through client engagement and partnership development
  • Organised and self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a regulated environment
