We're seeking a dynamic BD / Investment Promotion Manager / Senior Manager to join our team and spearhead growth opportunities across various asset classes and regions. If you're passionate about creating value for customers and stakeholders while navigating complex business landscapes, this could be the role for you!

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and develop selected customers and non-customers as key accounts.
• Uncover opportunities to meet customers' real estate needs across diverse asset classes and countries.
• Develop new group-wide capabilities and impactful initiatives to enhance value for customers and stakeholders.
• Provide engagement and support to customers in and from the China & Taiwan regions.

Drive Investment Promotion

• Acquire industry insights and identify key activities along specific industry value chains.
• Co-create and support Country operations teams in driving investment promotion for large-scale projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or Infocomm.
• At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in food and urban agriculture industries.
• Real Estate and regional experience will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrates a keen sense of business acumen, with the ability to adapt and respond to changes in priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Ability and experience in engaging and managing stakeholders across all levels of seniority.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Team player with the ability to navigate in a multi-cultural environment.
