  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth in the Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and Construction Equipment industry.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to drive sales performance.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including expanding the company's client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the industry.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective project implementation and after-sales support.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to effectively position the company's products and services.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies in the MHE and Construction Equipment sector.
