TastyFood Sales & Marketing Pte Ltd is a dynamic and growing SME specializing in the distribution of high-quality FMCG food products. We partner with leading brands and retailers to deliver exceptional products to the market. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand our distribution network, and strengthen relationships with clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to onboard and grow account with key retailers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with principals and key retailers, to achieve sales targets and mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Plan and implement promotions, working with external and internal stakeholders to drive sales and increase product visibility.
  • Leverage your experience of the FMCG market, including consumer trends, competitor activities and pricing strategies to plan and implement sales strategies and promotions.
  • Forecast sales volume and monitor performance, providing internal reports on account activities and growth.
  • Work and assist cross functionally to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales within FMCG, preferably in snacks, confectionery, or related food categories.
  • Proven track record in distribution, key account management, or channel expansion.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
