BUSINESSDEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We arelooking to expand our logistic company to other sector. Your role will beresponsible for winning new business by penetrating new clients. This rolewill be expected to set demanding personal goals, work as hard as necessaryto get things done, take challenges head on, and remain resilient in the faceof difficulties. We are looking for candidate with 2 to 4 years ofexperiences in business/logistic field.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaboratewith other departments, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure aseamless customer experience.
  • DevelopSOP’s for strategic accounts in association with Site Manager, OperationsManager, IT
  • Managerand associates internal colleagues where applicable, to detail all processes,rate structure, capturing of customer identified KPI’s.
  • Attendtargeted networking events.
  • Identifycurrent state, desired future state, pains & desired gains of prospects.
  • Partnerwith Account Manager & Carrier Sales to build ideal solution &pricing for the prospect.
  • Partnerwith Leadership, Account Manager & Carrier Sales to identify newopportunities to upsell, cross-sell product & service offerings.
  • Buildand maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.Candidate with outgoing personality is a plus.
  • Analyzemarket trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepareand present proposals to clients that align with their business needs andobjectives.
  • Participatein industry events and conferences to promote the company and buildrelationships with potential clients.
  • Prepareand present business development reports to senior management on a regularbasis.
