Role Summary

We+ Asia is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our IT & Digital Consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of professional services sales, particularly in project-based delivery models and outsourced solutions within the IT and Digital space. This role focuses on building strategic client relationships, identifying business needs, and closing high-value consulting engagements that generate measurable client impact.

You will work closely with delivery teams to ensure value realization and client satisfaction throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work with the Managing Director to execute the business strategy and the business plan.
  • Prospect major local accounts in Singapore and gather consultancy requirements.
  • Build the portfolio through the development of close relationships with clients.
  • Hire and coordinate a team of specialized consultants.
  • Interview candidates and recruit new employees.
  • Prepare technical / functional / HR interviews with candidates (Coaching).
  • Write management proposals and maintain close contracts directly with customers.
  • Manage the practice’s growth with current but also new customers.
  • Negotiate price grids and master agreements in order to be listed as preferred suppliers.
  • Follow up existing customers.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration or relevant fields.
  • Have more than 2 years of experience in consulting, or any other analytical role within a rapidly growing company.
  • French speaking is a plus (to liaise with French stakeholders).
  • Have significant experience in a similar customer profile facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Have technical knowledge on Information Technology skillsets.
  • Be entrepreneurial, independent, and love building things from scratch.
  • Understand and build great relationships with technical customers.
  • Have ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
  • Be autonomous.
