Own and drive new business development across consultancy, training, and digital solutions.
Identify, pursue, and close mid-to-large value opportunities and long-term contracts.
Build a sustainable sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (Directors, Safety Managers, HR, Operations).
Act as a strategic advisor, aligning Assure Safety’s solutions to client business needs.
Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling of services and platforms.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
Lead complex proposals, tenders, and negotiations.
Forecast revenue and manage pipeline performance using CRM tools.
Coach and support Sales Executives to improve performance and closing effectiveness.
Work closely with marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and lead generation.
Collaborate with operations and consultants to ensure smooth service delivery.
Stay informed on WSH regulations, training requirements, and digital safety trends.
Represent Assure Safety at industry events, seminars, and networking sessions.
Provide market insights to improve service offerings and pricing strategy.
