Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Singapore, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include creating tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, collaborating with internal teams, and developing strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management
  • Strong skills in market analysis, research, and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and eCommerce platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, Magento 2, and Shopify is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while collaborating effectively with a global team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in digital or technology-driven industries is a plus

This role would be reporting in to Ribbon Gang’s Head of Business Development and Growth.
