Our services cover accounting, tax advisory, corporate secretarial, and business structuring. As part of our growth, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition, partnerships, and market expansion in both Singapore and Australia.



Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in Singapore and Australia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs, startups, expatriates, and investors seeking cross-border accounting and tax services.
  • Develop tailored proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.

Market Expansion & Strategy

  • Conduct market research to identify business trends, competitor activities, and client needs in the Australian market.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for entry and growth in Australia.
  • Work with the leadership team to set revenue targets and create business development roadmaps.

Partnerships & Networking

  • Establish strategic partnerships with law firms, financial institutions, corporate service providers, and professional associations in both regions.
  • Represent the firm at networking events, business forums, and trade associations in Singapore and Australia.
  • Leverage digital platforms and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, industry groups) to generate leads.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring excellent client experience and long-term retention.
  • Work closely with accounting, tax, and corporate secretarial teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services to existing clients.

Marketing & Branding

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns, thought leadership content, and events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Adapt marketing materials for the Australian market, ensuring compliance with local regulations and business culture.
