Responsibilities

• Develop effective logistics solutions to meet customer needs.
• Support project handovers and occasionally lead cross-functional supply chain implementations.
• Manage sales leads, tenders, and RFQs.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients and identify opportunities for new business.
• Lead the operations team in handling customer inquiries and service delivery.
• Monitor service performance and work with teams and suppliers to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and perform ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned by management.
