Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring a BD Executive on a 1+1 year contract to support the Sales & Business Development team for iShopChangi, the group’s e-commerce venture.

You will drive concession sales on a marketplace platform while coordinating marketing, operations and stakeholder needs. Key tasks include merchant acquisition and onboarding, owning a merchant portfolio with sales reviews, monthly reporting, and cross-functional campaign execution to improve customer experience and

Qualifications

• . Diploma or degree in ecommerce/merchandising with 2–3 years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Support merchant acquisition for iShopChangi, including prospecting and onboarding.
• Act as key account manager for a merchant portfolio; track sales and conduct reviews.

BD Executive ( 1+1 Year Contract)

Sales & Business Development

Location: Changi

About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting the Sales & Business Development team of the Group's e-commerce venture arm, driving concession sales for the World's Most Awarded airport. This will involve hands-on exposure to the inner workings of a marketplace platform, from driving sales & marketing initiatives, resolving operational issues, and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support merchant acquisition efforts for the iShopChangi platform, including prospecting, negotiating and onboarding.
• Take on the key account manager role for a portfolio of merchants. This includes actively tracking sales performance of your accounts, analysing data to derive insights, and conducting regular business reviews to further drive sales.
• Assist in monthly business reporting activities.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to execute campaigns, resolve operational issues and address customer queries.
• Support ad-hoc projects related to platform improvements, customer experience, and operation efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder with 2-3 years of ecommerce, merchandising or relevant experience.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic Microsoft Powerpoint & Excel skills preferred
