Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring a BD Executive on a 1+1 year contract to support the Sales & Business Development team for iShopChangi, the group’s e-commerce venture.

You will drive concession sales on a marketplace platform while coordinating marketing, operations and stakeholder needs. Qualifications

• . Diploma or degree in ecommerce/merchandising with 2–3 years' experience.
• . Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• . Proficiency in MS Office; PowerPoint and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support merchant acquisition for iShopChangi, including prospecting and onboarding.
• Act as key account manager for a merchant portfolio; track sales and conduct reviews.
• Assist in monthly business reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to run campaigns and resolve issues.
• Support platform improvement and customer experience initiatives.
