PERSOL is seeking a BD Executive to support the Sales & Business Development team for its e-commerce venture arm, driving concession sales for the World’s Most Awarded airport. Based in Changi, you will engage merchants, onboard new partners, and analyze performance to drive growth.

You will work with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, resolve operational issues, and contribute to monthly reporting. A 1+1 year contract is offered with room for transition based on performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree with 2–3 years in ecommerce or merchandising.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Support merchant acquisition for iShopChangi, including prospecting and onboarding.
• Act as key account manager for a portfolio of merchants; track sales and conduct reviews.
• Assist in monthly business reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and resolve issues.
• Support platform improvements and customer experience projects.

About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting the Sales & Business Development team of the Group’s e-commerce venture arm, driving concession sales for the World’s Most Awarded airport. This will involve hands‑on exposure to the inner workings of a marketplace platform, from driving sales & marketing initiatives, resolving operational issues, and managing cross‑functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support merchant acquisition efforts for the iShopChangi platform, including prospecting, negotiating and onboarding.
• Take on the key account manager role for a portfolio of merchants. This includes actively tracking sales performance of your accounts, analysing data to derive insights, and conducting regular business reviews to further drive sales.
• Assist in monthly business reporting activities.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to execute campaigns, resolve operational issues and address customer queries.
• Support ad-hoc projects related to platform improvements, customer experience, and operation efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder with 2-3 years of ecommerce, merchandising or relevant experience.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic Microsoft Powerpoint & Excel skills preferred
