PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Sales & Business Development support professional in Singapore to drive concession sales for global groups. You will engage in marketplace campaigns, resolve operational issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.

The role requires 2–3 years of ecommerce/merchandising experience, strong communication, and basic PowerPoint/Excel skills. Location is onsite at Changi Airport with a 1+1 year contract.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma/Degree holder with 2-3 years of ecommerce/merchandising or relevant experience.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel skills preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support merchant acquisition efforts for the platform, including prospecting, negotiating and onboarding.
• Take on the key account manager role for a portfolio of merchants, tracking sales performance and conducting business reviews.
• Assist in monthly business reporting activities.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to execute campaigns, resolve operational issues and address customer queries.
• Support ad-hoc projects related to platform improvements, customer experience, and operation efficiency.

Location: Changi Airport

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM-6PM

Contract: 1 + 1 year contract

Salary: $3,600 - $4,500 + 1 month completion bonus for each year + 1 month performance bonus for each year

About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting the Sales & Business Development team, driving concession sales for global and leading group in Singapore. This will involve hands‑on exposure to the inner workings of a marketplace platform, from driving sales & marketing initiatives, resolving operational issues, and managing cross‑functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support merchant acquisition efforts for the company's platform, including prospecting, negotiating and onboarding.
• Take on the key account manager role for a portfolio of merchants. This includes actively tracking sales performance of your accounts, analysing data to derive insights, and conducting regular business reviews to further drive sales.
• Assist in monthly business reporting activities.
• Work with cross‑functional stakeholders to execute campaigns, resolve operational issues and address customer queries.
• Support ad‑hoc projects related to platform improvements, customer experience, and operation efficiency.
