Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business leads, managing existing accounts, and supporting sales-driven initiatives such as events, campaigns, and product launches. This role is critical to scaling revenue and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
A. New Business Acquisition
  • Identify, qualify, and close new B2B, Horeca, retail, and corporate clients.
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads and monitor progress in CRM systems.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and exhibitions to generate business opportunities.
B. Existing Account Management
  • Maintain strong relationships with current distributors, private label clients, and corporate accounts.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize revenue.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams on client needs and market trends.
C. Events & Marketing Support
  • Plan and execute product launches, tastings, corporate workshops, and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Gather market insights and trends to inform campaigns and product development.
D. Reporting
  • Track KPIs, sales pipeline, and revenue growth.
  • Provide weekly/monthly updates to management.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Experience in F&B, lifestyle, or premium products preferred.
