Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive business development strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • Opportunity Identification: Research markets to identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential customers that align with company goals
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, strategic partners, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Business Growth: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving market needs to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to align strategies and ensure effective execution
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, review, and report on business development performance and key metrics, adjusting strategies as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business and other related business discipline(s)
  • Min 8 yrs & above proven experience in business development in the immigration industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
