The role involves strategic planning, key client management, and overseeing business development activities to expand the company’s market presence in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals
• Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities in construction and steel structure projects
• Lead tendering strategies, negotiations, and contract finalization
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, developers, and main contractors
• Work closely with management and project teams on feasibility, pricing, and risk assessment
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments
• Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve revenue targets

Requirements
