Job summary

A growing consulting firm in Singapore seeks a Business Development Executive to drive growth in the APAC market. Job description

This position aims to drive B-Global Tech’s growth in the APAC market by building strong commercial relationships with clients and partners, and by identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Business Development Manager in identifying business opportunities to attract new clients, while maintaining strong commercial relationships with existing and prospective clients, technology service providers, and government institutions.
  • Prepare and present tailored commercial proposals, including budgets, schedules, and technical reports. Design, drafting, and ongoing maintenance of the Company Portfolio.
  • Participate in meetings with clients and partners to provide technical and commercial support.
  • Manage follow-up of business contacts and keep the database of potential clients and collaborators up to date (submitted offers, proposals, etc.).
  • Selection, support, and collaboration in the organization of sector events (trade fairs, conferences) and marketing activities to promote the company.
  • Monitor commercial KPIs and prepare periodic reports on progress and results.
Profile Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Economics/International Relations, plus additional training in business or marketing.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in business development within sectors related to engineering, data centres, or technological infrastructure.
  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in English, with additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Thai, or Hindi) highly valued.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of data centre design and implementation processes. Ability to interpret technical documentation and understand sector requirements.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, results-oriented mindset, and ability to work in multicultural and dynamic environments. Strong planning and organizational skills.
