About this role:

Our Singapore office is currently searching for a Business Development Coordinator. You will be part of the wider business development team in Singapore and would work closely with Singapore leadership team and the Regional Business Development Director of South East Asia.

Job Summary:

As our Business Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our Singapore office. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as cultivating existing relationships with our current clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business development activities for the Singapore office and regional markets.
  • Research and identify prospective clients in the hospitality and real estate sectors across Asia.
  • Maintain and update systems, including client databases, pipelines, and lead tracking.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, credentials, and marketing materials in collaboration with design and marketing teams.
  • Coordinate client meetings, industry events, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research.
  • Support tender submissions and proposal coordination.
  • Assist in preparing monthly BD reports, including pipeline updates and activity tracking.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the BD and leadership teams.

Below are the minimum qualifications that we expect from you:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or any other related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, marketing, sales support, or coordination roles (experience in design, real estate, or hospitality industries is an advantage).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin, Cantonese or other languages is a plus).
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel.
  • Proficiency in Sales Force will be a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to meet potential clients.
