Your expertise in business development and sales, along with your strong communication and analytical skills, play a crucial role in driving the growth of both new and existing partners. Leveraging your ability to build and maintain relationships, you'll oversee all aspects of business development and client management. You'll collaborate closely with team members and Directors to craft compelling pitches and secure new partnerships. The role also offers attractive performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new clients. Set up meetings with Project Directors/Managers to understand client needs.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Propose and execute marketing initiatives. Build trust with key decision-makers in Singapore and regional offices.
  3. Business Development: Engage in cold and warm callings with potential clients.
  4. Brand Promotion: Network with industry professionals. Promote PAND’s brand in the industry.
