About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Assistant Manager who combines strong relationship-building with commercial and analytical discipline. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client-facing work but can also build financial models, prepare pitches, and influence key decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Partnerships
  • Build and manage a strong sales and renewal pipeline, identifying new promoters, venues, events, and partnership opportunities.
  • Lead outbound outreach, discovery calls, and proposal development, ensuring our value proposition is clearly positioned.
  • Cultivate and grow relationships with existing and new clients to deepen engagement, increase ticket sales, and enhance SISTIC’s brand presence.
  • Represent SISTIC at client meetings, pitches, industry events, and forums with professionalism and credibility.
Commercial Strategy & Deal Structuring
  • Support deal negotiations from prospect to close — including pricing proposals, commercial terms, and contract finalisation.
  • Work closely with the Head of Business Development on financial modelling, revenue forecasting, profitability assessments, and market opportunity sizing.
  • Contribute to go-to-market planning and new partnership models (API integrations, co-marketing, corporate partnerships, cross-border initiatives).
Analytics, Reporting & Market Intelligence
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline visibility, and sales reporting for leadership reviews.
  • Use Excel or any analytical tools to prepare budgets, forecasts, performance dashboards, and scenario models.
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure SISTIC stays market-leading.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Marketing, Data, Client Services, Legal, and Tech teams to deliver seamless client onboarding and support.
  • Act as the commercial bridge between clients and internal teams - ensuring all deliverables meet both client needs and business objectives.
  • Flag client risks, performance concerns, and upsell or retention opportunities proactively.
