We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Business Banking Sales Manager to lead our acquisition efforts in Singapore. As a key member of our Commercial Banking Cash Team, you will be responsible for conducting customer due diligence and KYC to onboard new‑to‑bank entities.

What you’ll do:
  1. Conduct Due Diligence and KYC: Ensure thorough Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know‑Your‑Customer (KYC) checks are performed prior to onboarding new customers, guaranteeing compliance with mandatory banking policies and procedures.
  2. Introduce Banking Products and Services: Promote the Bank’s suite of banking products and services to potential and existing customers, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
  3. Identify Cross‑Selling and Up‑Selling Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities to cross‑sell and up‑sell other services and products, referring these opportunities to relevant teams to capture additional revenue.
About you:
  • Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial banking
  • Proven track record of success in acquiring new customers in the commercial banking space
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle volume
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
