Job Summary

Seeking a Business and Solution Analyst proficient in Global PayPlus (GPP) and banking payment systems, delivering high-quality features, automation support, and platform improvements.

Mandatory Skill-set

• 7+ years as a Business/Solution Analyst in banking IT (payment systems, core banking);
• Must have experience with Global PayPlus.(GPP) (v4.6.24+);
• Must haveknowledge of cash management, of payment file formats such as ISO 20022, SWIFT formats, and payment mapping/validation;
• Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and communication skills;
• Strong understanding of application flow, architecture, and feature design;
• Skilled in Agile/Scrum, problem solving, and cross-team collaboration.

Desired Skill-set

• Financial industry certifications (e.g., CBAP, Agile/Scrum certifications).

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of feature development: analysis, estimation, requirement baselining, and delivery.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and coordinate with product owners and technical leads.
• Design solutions and implement rules/configuration in GPP (v4.6.24+).
• Prepare Work Break Down Structure (WBS) estimates for planning and execution.
• Exposure to Payments Hub, clearing/settlement, ACH, and channels;
• Define requirements, acceptance criteria, and test data for automation.
• Support and validate automated and manual testing; perform end-to-end feature validation.
• Manage UAT handover with full documentation and support until production release.
• Provide ongoing maintenance/support for cash management and reporting applications.
• Apply Agile/Scrum practices to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
