Position

In a dynamic and diverse environment, we are seeking for a Business and Solution Analyst to join our Cash Management and Corporate Banking Services (CCS) department in accountable of the development and maintenance of the International Core Banking System of Credit Agricole CIB.

As a Business and Solution Analysts within the CCS department, you will be primarily responsible for leading the design and improvement of the Cash Management digital platform, as well as supporting and maintaining it, and providing strategic solutions for new features while adapting to Agile and Scrum methodologies.

The position requires a minimum of 7 years of relevant business analyst and subject matter expertise with banking IT systems (payment systems and core banking applications), with hands‑on experience in Global PayPlus (GPP) payment engine (version 4.6.24 and above).

Main Responsibilities
  • You’ll will be accountable for driving the entire lifecycle of feature development and delivery.
  • Lead as a feature owner, taking charge of feature requirement analysis, estimation for the topic, stakeholder engagement, requirement baseline establishment, and collaboration with technical leads and product owners.
  • In addition to business analysis, you will be responsible for solution design, configuration and rule implementation in GPP (Third party product)
  • Provide detailed estimates for work break down structure (WBS) to facilitate project planning and execution
  • Supporting test automation for the design/execution/maintenance of the automated test suites
  • Drive the creation of requirement, setting up acceptance criteria’s with test data for automation and ensure thorough grooming of requirements for developers.
  • Validation of development/automation results, performing end‑to‑end testing of complete feature with product owner agreement for test cases as well as in validating the results.
  • Oversee the feature handover for UAT testing with all evidence of end‑to‑end testing and including support until delivery to Production.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the existing cash management & reporting applications, ensuring its stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive project success.
Qualifications and Profile
  • 7+ years of relevant business analyst and subject matter expertise with banking IT systems (payment systems and core banking applications), with hands‑on experience in Global PayPlus (GPP) payment engine (version 4.6.24 and above)
  • Experience as a Business and Solution Analyst, preferably in cash management, with expertise in financial standards and detailed knowledge of payment file formats ISO 20022 and SWIFT. Experience with payment field/value mapping and validations.
  • Preferably with knowledge on payment systems and exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing and Settlement, Automated clearing house programs and channels.
  • Proficient in gathering requirements, possessing excellent documentation skills, and demonstrating effective communication abilities to ensure clear understanding and alignment among stakeholders.
  • Solid knowledge in creating feature files, ensuring thorough documentation and clarity in specification of development teams.
  • Strong understanding of application flow and architecture, enabling the ability to grasp the global picture and conduct effective requirements analysis
