Responsibilities
The Data Infrastructure & Business Insights (DIBI) team belongs to the Trust & Safety's Automation & Business Insights (ABI) department. We specialize in defining operational metrics, building scalable data infrastructure, delivering insights-driven performance reporting, and conducting cross-LoB business analysis. Our ultimate goal is to empower global moderation operations to thrive with quality, efficiency, and sustainability. Responsibilities:
- Define and iterate on core operational metrics systems and attribution frameworks, ensuring alignment with business strategies and operational needs.
- Collaborate closely with Data Science (DS) and Data Warehouse (DW) teams to manage end-to-end data infrastructure, including dataset optimization, dashboard development, and maintenance.
- Extend data automated reporting solutions and engage in proactive efforts that align with overall business goals
- Develop and deliver comprehensive operational performance data reports, providing accurate, timely insights to track progress and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth cross-LoB business analysis, translating data into actionable recommendations to empower data-driven operational decision-making.
- Provide timely support for urgent business requests, including generating ad-hoc reports and preparing high-impact presentations complete with clear findings, observations, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related majors.
- 3 years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, or Business Intelligence (BI), with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights to optimize operations.
- Deep expertise in metric system design, attribution analysis, and anomaly detection
- able to translate technical analytical frameworks into actionable operational guidelines.
- Proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) to build intuitive dashboards, paired with advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and statistical analysis; Python programming skills are a significant plus.
- Strong business acumen and an insight-driven mindset
- capable of identifying hidden operational pain points through data and proposing targeted improvement solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with content moderation, call center, or customer service operations; experience in Trust & Safety (TnS) strategies is highly valued for aligning with business scenarios.
