Qualifications

  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) is advantageous.

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to support the delivery of key system enhancements and process improvements. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze workflows, and ensure that proposed solutions align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities
  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, translating them into clear specifications.
  • Process Mapping: Assess current workflows, propose improvements, and validate recommended solutions with the relevant teams.
  • Solution Design & Documentation: Help conceptualize system enhancements and develop supporting documentation, including process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with project teams (e.g., developers, QA, and operations) to monitor progress, communicate updates, and ensure that project milestones are met.
  • Testing & Validation: Assist in defining testing strategies, performing user acceptance testing, and troubleshooting issues to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Data Integration & Reporting: Support data migration, integration activities, and reporting requirements across various business systems and platforms.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing status updates and addressing questions or concerns promptly.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to team discussions on best practices, process improvements, and ways to enhance overall project delivery.
