We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branding and Partnership Senior Manager / Team Lead to lead our efforts in brand development, strategic partnerships, and amplification through various channels including social media. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills to drive our sponsorship initiatives, charity donations, and overall brand story.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Partnership Development
  • Identify, develop, and nurture strategic partnerships with organizations, events, and initiatives that align with ECB’s brand and values.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with partners, ensuring effective collaboration and delivering on partnership commitments.
2. Branding and Storytelling
  • Develop and articulate ECB’s brand story, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and communications channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling brand messaging and narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and consumer insights to refine and enhance the brand narrative and positioning.
3. Sponsorship Management
  • Lead the identification and evaluation of sponsorship opportunities, with a focus on sports sponsorship, community events, and charitable initiatives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of sponsorship activations to maximize brand exposure and engagement.
  • Manage sponsorship budgets, tracking expenditures and ROI to ensure optimal resource allocation.
4. Social Media Amplification
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to amplify ECB’s brand presence and partnership activations in collaboration with the Social Media Team.
  • Work closely with the Content and Social Media Team to create engaging content and campaigns that leverage partnerships and sponsorships to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Team to monitor social media channels, analyze performance metrics, and adapt strategies to optimize results.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (6-8 years) in branding, partnership management, and/or sponsorship activation within the financial services or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand development principles, storytelling techniques, and marketing trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to travel as needed for partnership meetings, events, and activations.
