Qualifications

  • Consumer marketing experience from an FMCG international company.
  • Ability to work effectively with global/regional teams.
  • Experience in agriculture, fruit, or food businesses is advantageous.

As a Brand Manager (Singapore & Malaysia) you will be the custodian of our brands promise driving strategies that inspire consumers and strengthening our position as a premium choice for consumers. This role is about creating meaningful connections shaping compelling campaigns and ensuring our brand stands out in a competitive landscape. You will work closely with Global & Regional teams to ensure integrated strategies that deliver measurable impact and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with global and regional objectives.
  • Execute campaigns flawlessly across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Evaluate effectiveness through data-driven insights and continuous optimization.

Key Accountabilities
  1. In conjunction with the Senior Marketing Manager APAC develop and implement the annual marketing plan for Singapore and Malaysia that will grow long term consumer demand and meet Zespris business objectives.
    • Contribute to the development of regional campaign ideas and key communications creative assets led by the APAC regional marketing team.
    • Develop and execute marketing activities aligned with brand guidelines and local regulations across online and offline channels such as brand activations, social media influencer marketing, shopper promotions and visibility. This will include briefing strategic and creative development production and implementation of activities.
    • Lead and manage agencies to deliver the marketing plan on a timely and cost-effective basis.
  2. Manage and optimize marketing investment to drive effectiveness and efficiency of marketing activities within the agreed budget, operating with flexibility and recognition that supply volumes can fluctuate with fruit crop variability.
    • Measure, analyze and report on marketing performance to track ROI and provide actionable insights to improve results.
    • Lead market research projects such as brand tracker and consumer immersion studies to deepen our consumer understanding and infuse the key learnings into the strategy & plan development.

With 5 years consumer marketing experience in FMCG international company you will meet the following criteria:

  • Agency management experience is mandatory.
  • Experience in brand marketing or product management within the Singapore market.
  • Experience or capability to work effectively with global/regional marketing team is mandatory.
  • Experience in cross functional team (sales/ market development and/or supply chain/ finance).
  • Quantitative and/or Qualitative market research experience is mandatory.
  • High level of fluency in English essential (both written and oral).
  • Experience in SAP desirable.
  • Experience & knowledge of agriculture fruit or other food businesses is an advantage.
  • Experience as motivator/ lead person on projects would be an advantage.
