Brand Manager

We are looking for a hands‑on Brand Manager to oversee our outlets and keep our brand strong and consistent. You’ll work closely with outlet leaders to support daily operations, maintain service and brand standards, and collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver great customer experiences and long‑term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations across all outlets to ensure smooth and consistent performance.
  • Support outlet managers in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure brand standards, service quality, and customer experience are consistently delivered.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively.
  • Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and teams; support manpower planning and payroll administration.
  • Prepare monthly outlet performance and management reports.
  • Liaise with Central Kitchen and suppliers to ensure adequate stock and supply.
  • Ensure all outlets comply with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience managing multiple outlets or outlet managers (F&B or retail preferred).
  • Strong leadership, operational, and communication skills.
  • Customer‑focused with attention to brand consistency and performance.
  • Comfortable with reporting, performance tracking, and cross‑functional coordination.
