Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth execution of all retail activities
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
• Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s image and ensuring consistency in store presentation and visual merchandising.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships, proactively driving client retention and repeat business through effective CRM strategies.
• Manage inventory control and stock arrangement, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate guidelines and operational efficiency.
• Prepare management reports, analyze store performance, and support the Shop Manager in strategic planning and ad hoc responsibilities.

Requirements

• 5 years of luxury retail fashion experience
• Passion for service / customer centric focus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop rapport and form relationship at all levels
• Singaporean only

Salary: $Basic + commission + attractive benefits
