Job description

Role and Responsibilities

• Understand and handle drafting assignments with minimal supervision.
• Prepare Architectural and Structural Shop drawings
• Review drawings for completeness and accuracy
• BIM Modelling skills is required
• Prepare Architectural and Structural Shop drawings status reports.
• Coordinate with main contractors for execution of shop drawings.
• Maintain proper record for drawings and information
• Create drawings and models from written and verbal specifications obtained from Engineer
• Reviewing and checking sketches and drawings for errors before being sent to productions, vendors, engineers, etc
• Complete task assigned by superior and performing other relevant duties when needed

Requirement

• Degree or higher qualifications in Civil Engineering or a Professional certificate
• Minimum 2 year of drafting experience on Construction Industry, preferably in precast industry
• Possess strong initiative, resourceful, independent, meticulous and technologically forward-looking
• Good communication skills and a team player
• With problem solving skill and able to multitask
• Proficient with AutoCAD & Revit
