Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to develop Electrical 3D BIM Models for coordination using Revit. The ideal applicant will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience, especially in Plumbing & Sanitary services. Responsibilities include preparing shop drawings, adhering to BIM standards, and ensuring design accuracy. This role requires the ability to work independently in a challenging environment and actively participate in BIM meetings.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Singapore.
• Experienced in Plumbing & Sanitary services.
• Good knowledge in relevant software.

Job Description

• Work closely with BIM Coordinator/ Design Engineers to develop Electrical 3D BIM Model for Coordination and Collaboration using Revit.
• Responsible for all drafting and preparation of drawings for projects, including schematic drawings, mounting details,cable routings, 3D drawings, etc.
• Ensure that design/proposal drawings are in accordance to specifications or statutory requirements.
• Ensure construction documents, Parameters and Information accuracy for BIM Model.
• Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
• Follow BIM standards, Deliverables and (LOD) Level of Development required in the project.
• Prepares Shop drawings for Approval.
• Prepare drawings and 3D Model for construction, coordination and as built purposes.
• To amend as per site condition changes.
• To be able to perform designated responsibility given by the BIM Coordinator/Design Engineer.
• Should be able to adopt with other BIM Modelling Tools required in the Project.
• Ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment.
• Participate in coordination and BIM technology meetings.

Requirements

• Degree or Technical Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering or its relevant discipline.
• Atleast 3 years of working experience in the related field in Singapore.
• Experienced in Plumbing & Sanitary services.
• Good knowledge relevant software: BIM, Revit.
• Good project experience.
