Job description

Overview

• To construct 3D model and prepare shop drawings for submission to the authorities and for construction using BIM software
• Update 3D model according to latest information provided and ensure accuracy of shop drawings
• Monitor and inform Project Design Team on clashes
• Support Project Design Team in managing RFIs
• Achieve the drawing submission schedule

Qualifications

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years relevant working experience in the local construction industry (contractor firm preferred)
• Proficient in Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure), Tekla and MicroStation – AECOsim
• Experienced in production of shop drawings
