BIM Modeller (Electrical)

Salary:$3,000 – $4,500 (Monthly)

Working Days:5.5 days per week (Alternate Saturdays)

We are assisting our client — a well‑established engineering solutions provider specializing in integrated building and construction services — in their search for an experienced BIM Modeller (Electrical).

The company has a strong track record in delivering high‑quality, innovative engineering solutions across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

• Create and update electrical drawings and designs using BIM software.
• Ensure all drawings meet project specifications and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate project activities with the construction team and liaise with all stakeholders involved.
• Assist in supervising and guiding sub‑contractors/workers to ensure accurate work execution and timely project completion.
• Monitor project progress, ensure legal compliance, adherence to safety regulations, and productivity standards.
• Maintain strong working relationships with project teams, clients, consultants, and sub‑contractors to ensure smooth coordination of work activities.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in BIM modelling (Electrical).
• Proficiency in BIM software and related design tools.
• Strong understanding of building and construction project requirements.
