You will manage local and offshore teams, ensuring effective implementation of BIM standards and workflows. Ideal candidates must have strong HDB project experience, proficiency with Autodesk tools, and excellent leadership skills. This full-time in-office role offers a competitive salary of up to S$7,000 per month along with benefits including annual leave and medical coverage.

• Oversee an offshore BIM Modelling team of 10-12 Modelers.
• Implement BIM standards and workflows across projects.
