A leading construction and project management company in Singapore is seeking a BIM Manager/Coordinator/Modeller. The candidate will manage BIM documentation standards, coordinate between various engineering disciplines, and ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications

About the job BIM Manager/Coordinator/Modeller

Location: Ang Mo Kio, Singapore. This role is open to Singaporean candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Manage Architecture, MEP and Structural coordination and execute proper BIM documentation standards.
• Obtain and collate construction works progress updates from each site.
• Monitor submissions status and collate all approved materials, samples, RFIs and shop drawings in proper log sheets from site coordinators and tabulate metrics for tracking site progress.
• Manage implementation of VDC/BIM policies and standards developed by company.
• Prepare a well-structured BEP (BIM Execution Plan) for site execution.
• Apply statutory requirements for lean planning, construction safety and quality, environmental sustainability, facility management and related areas.
• Use latest technology and up-to-date modelling and visualization software for virtual navigation, VR, virtual scheduling, rendering and videography.
• Focus on successful project delivery and milestones set in BEP.
• Manage and coordinate BIM logistics (contracts, emails, file sharing, BIM family and related items).

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years minimum experience in using BIM authoring and review software (e.g. Autodesk Revit, Bentley, SketchUp, Navisworks, Fuzor, Lumient and others).
• Experience in using visual documentation and presentation tools (e.g. MS PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, PowerDirector and others).
