Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Alternate Saturday or Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (1-hour lunch break included with standby coverage for incoming calls) is required.
- One Monday off every month.
- Total working hours: 176 hours per month.
- Public Holidays (optional).
📌 Job Scope
- Handle incoming phone calls and live chat for merchant support.
- Perform terminal setups for all banks.
- Act as a setup checker to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support the Warehouse team with setup pushes and setup-related issues.
- Dispatch and coordinate Fault Calls (FC), including follow-ups.
✅ Requirements
- Proficient in English, with bilingual skills in Mandarin, enabling smooth communication with Chinese external customers is required.
- Those with prior call center experience will be highly considered.
- Applicants without direct experience but with strong linguistic proficiency in English and Mandarin, are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Possess very basic knowledge of technical jargon like network, Wi-Fi, parameters etc.
- Apply appropriate industry terminology and procedures across diverse call types.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Able to handle customer calls calmly and professionally.
- Immediate start preferred.
