ABOUT US

"Empowering Parents, Transforming Lives" - The Heart Behind Our ABA Service

Learning To Learn is an ABA practice dedicated to supporting children with autism and developmental needs through individualized, evidence-based intervention. We specialize in home-based therapy, delivering support directly at clients' homes to promote learning in natural environments.

The choice of "Learning to Learn" as the name for our ABA practice was a deliberate decision grounded in our fundamental belief that cultivating effective learning behaviors is paramount to achieving success. Recognizing the transformative power of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we wanted a name that not only captured the essence of our mission but also conveyed the broader impact of our interventions. "Learning to Learn" signifies our commitment to instilling foundational skills that extend beyond specific behaviors, emphasizing the development of individuals as effective, independent learners.

Job Description

The Behavior Therapist (BT) works directly with clients to implement intervention plans under the supervision of a certified professional (QASP-S or QBA). This role involves supporting individuals with developmental delays and helping them acquire new skills in a structured, compassionate environment.

Job Scope

As a Behavior Therapist (BT), you will be working with a caseload of 10 to 15 children. Your core responsibility will be to support their behavioral, language, and social development through individualized intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

You will:

  • Help children overcome challenging behaviors and develop meaningful skills.
  • Learn and apply various evidence-based strategies to manage a wide variety of behaviors, from mild to complex.
  • Be exposed to real-life challenges daily, giving you deep, hands-on experience in behavior management.
  • Work closely with a supervising clinician who will guide your learning and growth in the field.

This role is ideal for someone curious, adaptable, patient, and eager to learn through hands-on experience. If you enjoy dynamic work environments and are passionate about helping children reach their potential, this job will keep you engaged and inspired.

  • Collect and record data accurately on client behavior and learning progress.
  • Follow protocols and uphold professional standards set by the QABA Board.
  • Support the generalization of skills across settings and caregivers.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors, families, and clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred — background in Psychology advantageous but not required.
  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR).
Preferred Qualities
  • You have prior experience working with children with learning difficulties using ABA — advantageous but not necessary.
  • You are able to work independently with a high sense of responsibility and strong ethics.
