Job summary

A beauty retail company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to assist in managing sales and inventory at the counter. Responsibilities include promoting skincare and makeup products, providing consultations, and ensuring excellent customer service. Candidates should have at least a GCE N/O Level qualification and 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in beauty. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, are essential.

• Assist Boutique/Counter Manager and Retail Executive in the commercial and management of the business, maximizing sales, inventory management & control.

• To achieve counter and brand targets as given

Job Description

• Promote our brand’s skincare and makeup products over the counter

• Provide skincare consultation to customers

• Build relationship with customers and deliver excellent customer service

• Perform product demonstration over the counter to customers

• Meets personal and counter targets and complete tasks on time

• Initiative and Ownership

• Ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions

• Ensure accurate sales entry in POS system

• Ensure effective management and update of member database

• Ensure maintenance of store housekeeping and VMD display

• Provide customer with correct and accurate information on product

• Maintains good conduct, complies with instructions, policies and regulations

• Works effectively and co-operates with others to achieve a common goal

• Interacts and expresses effectively (includes oral communication and body language)

• Accountable for cash till; wherever applicable

Job Requirement

• Possess at least GCE N/O Level qualification
