About PERFECTION TCM

PERFECTION TCM is a beauty salon located at Jurong West and Bishan. We have been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. Our clients are mainly from the neighbourhood with a large customer base. We offer a huge variety of hair services as well as other beauty services such as facial and TCM treatments. We are expanding and our new shop requires new enthusiastic beauticians who are not only outgoing but also competent team players to work with other associates to promote a wide variety of beauty packages and services to our customers.

Job Type

Full‑time.

Compensation

Basic salary + commission.

Basic Requirements

• Consultant experience needed for managerial roles; otherwise beauty industry experience.
• 6 days’ work week.
• Hardworking and team cooperation.
• Can commute well with peers / a team player.
• Able to speak basic Chinese and English to maintain good after‑sales relationship with different racial clients (most clients speak English and Chinese only).
• Strong negotiation and selling skills, well‑groomed and presentable.
• Independent and self‑motivated.
• Beauty / facial knowledge.

• Other ad‑hoc duties instructed by the manager.
• Promote wide range of services and packages.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the designated outlet.
• Lead / manage a team of therapists.
• Motivate and coach staff for better performance.
• Maintain and update customer database.
• Promote treatments and packages to customers.
• Maintain the outlet’s overall presentation and be responsible for the outlet’s sales and revenue.
• Achieve personal sales target.
• Evaluate progress against sales target, identify and implement solutions.
• Handle customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance & coaching to staff.
• Personal monthly sales achievement and possess results‑driven attitude.
