  • Cultivate and manage executive-level relationships, ensuring trust, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to architect solutions that align with client goals
  • Uncover opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and renew with precision and insight
  • Provide high-touch account management from onboarding through delivery, serving as a primary point of contact for business-critical needs
  • Maintain a clear view of your pipeline, forecast revenue accurately, and provide executive level reporting
  • Stay informed of trends in medical technology, life sciences, biotech, and enterprise IT services to engage clients as a knowledgeable partner
