Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire and grow top-tier client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Identify market opportunities, emerging technologies, and industry trends to position solutions effectively.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiations, proposals, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (solution architects, delivery, operations, and marketing) to tailor offerings that meet client needs.
  • Drive account expansion through cross-selling and upselling mechanical solutions and services.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline, forecast, and sales reports to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.
Requirements
