Job description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work well as a cooperative member of the team.
• To plan, direct, and oversee all bar operations, ensuring product and service standards are met, and implementing and maintaining procedures for maximum operating efficiency.
• Preparing, mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications
• Monitor and implement cost control for beverage unit/bar
• Creating and developing new cocktail and beverage recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Resolve customer enquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
• Support daily operation of the restaurant.
• Providing high quality service to all customers.
• Any ad-hoc assignments or tasks assigned by the Manager.
