What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding hospitality and build lasting connections with our guests
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including specialty coffee and natural wines
• Regularly taste our coffees to maintain quality and deepen your sensory skills
• Contribute to a warm, welcoming café environment by sharing your passion and knowledge
• Inspire your teammates to engage guests with the same joy and attentiveness
• Take pride in the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our café running smoothly — cleaning, dishwashing, organizing, sweeping, mopping, and waste management
• Uphold health and food safety standards as per local regulations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

Compensation
